Trial Period: Please note that after the initial 12-36 hours trial, no refund requests will be entertained. We encourage users to use this trial period to evaluate our services thoroughly.

Fixable Issues: We kindly request that you refrain from requesting a refund for issues that can be resolved. Our dedicated support team is ready to assist with:

• Installation support
• App crashes (for instance, IPTV Smarters Pro crashing – consider using alternative apps like Televizo)
• VPN accessibility
• Subtitle-related concerns
• Language preferences for Video on Demand (VOD) content

Return Eligibility: We offer a 36-hour return policy, allowing you ample time to assess your purchase. To be eligible for a return, ensure you have the email address used for the purchase and the Order ID.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@magicaliptv.com. Fill out the form with your name, email address, and Order ID.

Refund Process: Upon acceptance of your return, we’ll send you a notification email along with refund instructions and status updates. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for gift cards.

We aim to notify you promptly once we receive and initiate your refund. If approved, expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.

Subscription Caution: If you find the trial unsatisfactory, we recommend refraining from subscribing to the premium service, as premium subscriptions are non-refundable.
